Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide strong and relevant leadership and supports to regional LBS agencies.  When LBS agencies are successful, we are successful.

 

Vision Statement

A Northeastern Ontario where all adults have the essential skills required to achieve their goals, to propser in the community, and to lead a fulfilling life.

Membership

As a member of Literacy Network Northeast you will:
  • receive regular information including newsletters and e-bulletins
  • receive reduced rates for literacy conferences and other special events
  • be eligible to be on network committees and special project reference groups
  • be eligible for nomination to the Board of Directors
  • be connected to adult literacy and learning opportunities locally, provincially and nationally
  • have a vote at all general meetings of the network
  • have access to the nework resources such as: materials, reports, videos, and curriculum support
